Man Wanted In Walmart Purse Theft, Police Say

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) – Authorities with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department have released a surveillance photo of a man they say stole a victim’s purse from a shopping cart at the Killian Road Walmart.

While the victim was loading her vehicle with groceries on September 5, authorities say a black male in his 20’s, wearing a red shirt and a gray hat stole the victim’s purse that contained credit cards and cash.

The suspect fled the area in possibly a red newer model Dodge vehicle, police say.
