COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– The Midlands is seeing minimal impact from the Pipeline leak in Alabama.
As of Monday , ABC Columbia crews had reports of just a few stations without gas. Most of the gas supply that was reported to be running low was in North Carolina.
According to the Associated Press, on Monday afternoon Governor Nikki Haley issued a second executive order in response to the Alabama Pipeline spill.
In the order, it waives some federal weight guidelines allowing for large trucks to carry fuel on the roads.
In the Midlands on Monday, gas prices were averaging around $2.00 a gallon.
