Lexington Police Need Help in Animal Cruelty Case
LEXINGTON, S.C. (WOLO) – A Facebook post lead Lexington authorities to a video they say shows a person holding a dog and then viciously throws the animal down a flight of stairs.
Lexington Police and County Animal Control say they need the public’s help identifying the person (s) involved.
According to officials, on October 16, they were notified of the incident that occurred at the Cedarcrest Village Apartments.
On October 28, 2016, County of Lexington Animal Control issued Timothy Mister a summons for “Maltreatment of an Animal” for not seeking treatment for his dog by a veterinarian after being notified of the animal abuse during this investigation.
