Janet Reno Dead at 78

Miami, FL. (WOLO) — Janet Reno, The first woman to serve at US Attorney General died early Monday morning.  Reno known for being an outspoken Attorney and US Attorney General left her political footprint in the epicenter of numerous firestorms during the Clinton Administration.

Reno served as the US attorney General for eight years under President Bill Clinton.

According to A family member, Reno passed from complications of Parkinson’s Disease according to her daughter.

Family members say the 78 year old spent her last days surrounded by loved ones inside her Miami Florida home.
