Game Time Set for Annual Palmetto Bowl

(November 21, 2016) – The 2016 regular season comes to an end for the South Carolina Gamecocks football team when they travel to Clemson on Saturday, November 26, for the annual Palmetto Bowl. Game time has been set for 7:30 pm and the contest will be televised nationally on ESPN.

Dave Pasch will handle the play-by-play with Greg McElroy working as the analyst. Tom Luginbill will be the sideline reporter.

The Tigers lead the all-time series by a 67-42-4 count, including a 17-10-1 advantage when they play at home. However, Carolina has won five of the last seven meetings, including two of the last three in Clemson, in the series that dates back to 1896.
