Deputies Search for Suspect Who Stole Vehicle, Lead Authorities on Pursuit
RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) – The search continues for a suspect who allegedly lead authorities on a car chase in a stolen vehicle in November.
Deputies with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department say they initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of Two Notch Road and Faust Street when the suspect sped away in a stolen Honda Accord.
The chase ended on the 2200 block of Bush River Road in Lexington County where the suspect fled on foot, deputies say.
The car was stolen just after 9 p.m. on November21 at the AM PM Mart located at 7230 Parklane Road .
The suspect allegedly stole the victim’s vehicle while the victim went inside the business.
