Woman Dies From Hypothermia

Greenville, SC (WOLO)–This weekends frigid temperatures are now being blamed for the death of an elderly woman in Greenville. Officials say, 83 year old Joyce Norris died of hypothermia after falling in her driveway and left in the cold. Authorities say they found Norris near the back door of her home. Authorities say it’s unclear how long she was outside before she was discovered dead. The coroners office says Norris died from exposure to the cold weather.
