CFD Respond to Reports of Smoke In Capitol Center

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – The Columbia Fire Department responded to reports of smoke inside the Capitol Center this morning.
Gervais Street is now open to northbound traffic between Assembly and Lady Streets.
The Capitol Center is located at 1201 Main Street, located across the street from the State Capitol Complex.
The Capitol Center is the tallest office tower in Columbia and has 25 stories.
