Victim in Fatal Fire in Vacant House Identified
RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) – The Richland County Coroner has identified the man killed in a fatal fire at a vacant home in the 3100 block of Carver Street over the weekend.
Gary Watts said Ira Lee Carter, 51, of smoked died of smoke inhalation.
The fire occurred on December 10.
