Columbia Urban League Giving

Columbia, S.C (WOLO) — The Columbia Urban League is making it their mission to give some smiles this holiday by helping disadvantaged seniors have a merry Christmas.

Wednesday morning, the organization spent time at W-A Perry Middle School packing up and delivering more than 4 hundred food baskets to those in need.

The event is part of the Christmas giving project named after civil rights activist Beatrice McKnight.
