Victim Dies After Being Stabbed, Woman Charged with Murder

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – A man who was stabbed yesterday has died from his injuries and police now have filed murder charges against the suspect.
The Richland County Coroner said 56-year-old Curtis Rowe, Sr. died at a local hospital from excessive blood loss due to multiple stab wounds to the thigh.
Gary Watts said one of the stab wounds lacerated the femoral artery.
Police say Amanda Latrese Goodwin, 25, is charged with murder and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.
Investigators believe that Rowe was visiting family at the 3600 block of Phillips Street Monday afternoon when an argument turned physical between the victim and suspect.
