RCSD: Man Sought After Taking $1K Without Starting Car Repairs

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) – A 44-year-old man is wanted for taking money to perform mechanical work on a victim’s car, but allegedly never had intentions on starting the repairs.
Stanley Brannon, Jr. is wanted for breach of trust with fraudulent intent for taking $1,000 from the victim back in October of 2016.
