Bank Robbery Suspect Arrested During Traffic Stop

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) – Deputies from Richland County arrested a 45-year-old man on Broad River and Interstate 20 after he allegedly robbed a Farrow Road bank.
Chad Allen Moore was taken into custody Thursday afternoon as deputies searched for a robbery suspect matching his description.
Moore went to the TD Bank just after 11:00 a.m. and demanded money from an employee at gunpoint deputies say.
Authorities say investigators learned that the suspect may have headed westbound on I-20.
Moore is charged with armed robbery and possession of a stolen weapon and is being held at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
