Columbia Church Host MLK ‘SOULutions Forum’ to Inspire Youth

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)-  The Zion Canaan Baptist Church held a SOULutions Youth Forum Saturday in celebration of Martin Luther King Jr.’s Legacy.

Guest speakers talked about the importance of health and wellness, self-esteem, self image and how to succeed in life.

“We had a perfect opportunity today to come and work with the youth , speak with them, give them a lot of good enrichment, and tools to help carry them forward,” Founder of Books with Barbers, Jasmine Mix said.

This year’s theme was emotional, spiritual, and physical health for our youth.
