TIGER TRACKS

• Saturday’s game features three of the top seven scorers in the ACC. Pitt’s Jamel Artis and Michael Young rank 1-2 in the ACC in scoring, both at over 20 points per game, while Clemson’s Jaron Blossomgame is seventh at 18.1.

• Blossomgame tied the late Demontez Stitt for fifth in Clemson history with his 111th start as a Tiger against Virginia Tech. He will tie Terrell McIntyre (1995-99) for fourth by starting Saturday’s game.

• Blossomgame needs just eight points to become the 11th player in Clemson history with 1,500 over a career. He has posted 20 or more points in five of the Tigers’ last six games.

• Donte Grantham is coming off his highest point total in an ACC game (15 vs. Virginia Tech) since Feb. 23, 2016 at Georgia Tech, when he had 16.

• Shelton Mitchell’s 10 assists against the Hokies last time out were the most by a Clemson player in an ACC game since Jordan Roper produced 10 in a win at Syracuse on Jan. 5, 2016. Mitchell’s assist total also represented a career high, breaking his previous mark of eight set as a Vanderbilt freshman.
