Coroner Identifies Motorcyclist Killed in Crash

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) – The Richland County Coroner has identified the male victim who died in a motorcycle accident this morning.
Gary Watts said Ashley James Cassell, 33, was not wearing a helmet during the accident that occurred at 12 a.m. on I-126 near Greystone Boulevard.
Cassell, of Chapin, died at the scene from blunt force injuries to his head.
Columbia police are still investigating the incident.
