CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) – Documents from the federal trial of convicted Charleston church shooter Dylann Roof have been unsealed. They reveal a psychiatrist’s finding that his mental disorders make it hard for him to focus, interact with others or express emotion. Roof’s two competency hearings were closed to the public over objections by media organizations including The Associated Press.
