Two Early Morning Shootings are Being Investigated

Richland County, SC (WOLO)— The Richland County Sheriff’s Department says they are looking for the gunmen behind two early morning shootings.

Officials tell us the first incident came in as a shots fired call in the 3 hundred block of Gatlin Drive. Authorities say a woman was inside when someone started shooting into the home around 1 AM Monday morning. The resident was not injured during the gunfire.

Just over an hour later at around 2:30 Monday morning, Richland County Deputies were investigated a second shooting. This time in the 8 thousand block of Garner’s Ferry Road. Officials tell ABC Columbia News, as a man and woman drove down the street someone fired shots into their car hitting both occupants in the upper body. Both victims have been transported to an area hospital.

At last check their conditions were unknown.
