Suspects Sought in Armed Robbery at Verizon Store

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) – Deputies with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department are searching for two suspects who robbed a Verizon store at gunpoint last Friday.

Deputies were called to the Verizon Wireless store located at 520-A Bush River Road in reference to an armed robbery around 7 p.m.

Employees told deputies the suspects were armed when they ordered them to the safe.

The suspects left the store with the victims cell phones, a wallet and undetermined amount of inventory.

The suspects are described as two black males with medium builds.

One suspect was wearing a dark hoodie with a white writing on the front, and dark pants; the second suspect had on the same type of hoodie with dark pants and pink tennis shoes.
