Teen Arrested in Connection with Sunday Morning Shooting

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – Columbia Police made an arrest in connection with a weekend shooting that left one juvenile in critical condition.
Ada’ Quonza Conway, 18, is charged with assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature after police say he shot a 13-year-old boy in the upper body at a home on Wild Iris Court Sunday morning.
Police say the victim was visiting friends at the home when the shooting occurred.
The homeowners were of the town and are not directly linked to the crime, police say.
The investigation is ongoing.
