COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– Democratic Senators Brad Hutto and Karl Allen unveiled their plan Wednesday to provide free Technical College in South Carolina.

The Senators hope to be able to offer tuition free technical college  to South Carolina residents who graduate from high school and who qualify.

The proposal would aim to offer financial assistance to the State’s Technical Colleges.
