COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– The Columbia Fireflies are gearing up for a new season.

Tickets are on sale now for the second season of Fireflies baseball.

Team Officials say they’re pleased with the opening season crowds and look forward to this season.

“Great start. The previous record for a minor league baseball team in Columbia was 151,000 so we almost doubled that number in the first year and we expect that to continue to grow over time.”
