Newberry spring football practice schedule released
NEWBERRY (Newberry) – Newberry head coach Todd Knight has released the Wolves’ 2017 spring practice schedule.
Newberry will practice 16 times throughout the spring culminating in the team’s annual Spring Game, which will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 8 at Setzler Field. All practices are free and open to the public. Fourteen of the 16 practices will be conducted inside Setzler Field, with the remaining two taking place on the grass field near Walker Hall.
All weekday practices will begin at 4:00 p.m. Saturday sessions will begin at 9:00 a.m., with full scrimmages set for March 25 and April 1.
This year’s spring game will include a raffle drawing for a cruise. More information on the raffle will be released at a later date.
