On Monday afternoon, the NCAA announced the first and second rounds of the NCAA Tournament in Greenville have sold out. That means, when USC faces Marquette in the first round Friday night, they’ll do it without an empty seat at Bon Secours Wellness Arena.
USC was practically a lock in this year’s Big Dance, but their seeding was not. The Gamecocks enter this Tournament, losing seven of their last nine. But now that Frank Martin and his players have received their first bid to the Big Dance, there’s less pressure to impress.
