Homebuyers Workshop

Columbia, SC. (WOLO) — If you are looking to buy a piece of the American Dream the city of Columbia is hoping they can put you on the right path. The City of Community Development is hosting a two part homebuyer workshop. Each session will run for two hours Tuesday and Wednesday giving participants a total of 4 hours of advice, tips and suggestions to help you get the keys to a new home.

Organizers say the workshop will help citizens become more informed about the buying process, money management, barriers to credit and even how to get mortgage loans.

The event will take place Tuesday April 4th and Wednesday April 5th from 6PM until 8PM at the Richland County Library South East Branch , at 7421 Garners Ferry Road

The workshop is free and open to the public but you will have to register to take part in the series.
