Dawn Staley is the most sought-after coach in women’s basketball right now, after her Gamecocks took down Mississippi State in an all-SEC battle in the National Championship on April 2 in Dallas.

In most sports, the natural progression of success leads from the college ranks to professional, but for Staley, coaching in the WNBA is not, and probably won’t ever be, an option.
