Overnight Fire Causes $250K in Damages, 2 Displaced

COLUMBIA,SC (WOLO)- The Columbia Fire Department spent the overnight hours battling a blaze that caused nearly $300,000 worth of damage.

Fire officials responded to a home in the 5100 block of Colonial Drive at 3:30am Sunday. Upon arrival fire was seen shooting through the roof.

No one was injured however, two people have been displaced. The fire caused $250,000 in damages.

This fire is under investigation.
