1 man at large, 1 in custody after double shooting
RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) – One man is behind bars and another suspect is still at-large in connection to a shooting incident last month.
Laron Thomas, 24, is wanted for attempted murder after deputies say he and Steven McGlon, 25, shot two victims at a home in the 1600 block of Sheffy Court on April 12.
The victims were shot in the upper body and were treated at Palmetto Health Richland for non-life threatening injuries, deputies say.
McGlon was arrested in Orangeburg by the Richland County Sheriff’s Fugitive Task Force on May 4.
Thomas and McGlon fled the scene in a dark colored Chevy Malibu.
