COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)–If you’re hitting the road for the Memorial Day holiday, you’ll be paying less at the pump.

According to GasBuddy, gas prices in the Midlands have fallen nearly in the past few weeks.

This year drivers are paying an average 30 cents less than last year during the Memorial Day holiday.

Drivers in the Midlands are paying an average $2.02 per gallon for regular gas.

Nationwide drivers are paying $2.39 per gallon.
