Russia Cancels Talk with US

Moscow, Russia (WOLO) — Russia has canceled a meeting between Senior US and Russian officials that was aimed at resolving the problems in the relationship surrounding the two Countries.

This comes in response to the United States tightening sanctions on Russia earlier this week, in a bid to end it’s occupation of Crimea.

The Russian Foreign Ministry said Washington’s desire to seek common ground with Russia sounds unconvincing and warned there will be a response, including “practical retaliatory measures.”
