Police: Newberry Man Strangled Brother to Death

Newberry, S.C. (WOLO)– In Newberry a man is accused of  strangling his brother to death.
Police say they responded to a home on Holloway St. just after one Wednesday morning after they say an argument lead Joseph Graham to kill his brother.
Mark Graham was pronounced dead at the scene.
