WATCH: Damiere Byrd catches preseason touchdown pass
CHARLOTTE (WOLO) — Former Gamecock Damiere Byrd caught a 50-yard touchdown pass from Joe Webb to give the Panthers a 14-7 lead in the second quarter of the Houston-Carolina preseason game Wednesday night.

The South Carolina product hasn’t seen much time with the Panthers since being signed in 2015 by Carolina. Could be a great sign of things to come.
