Early Morning Shooting Investigated

Columbia, SC. (WOLO) — A man is dead after an early morning shooting.
According to the Richland County Sheriff’s Department responded to a shots fired call just after midnight in the 41- hundred block of Hardscrabble Road.

Once officials arrived they found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper body.
No word on a possible motive in the deadly but Deputies say one person has been detained.
