CHAPIN, S.C. (WOLO) – Rebels cornerback Tre’ Sims made arguably one of the best plays we will see this high school football season in the Midlands on an incredible interception, but the Eagles were able to soar above early turnovers and glide to a 28-13 victory.
The rivalry win allows Chapin to keep a bell once used at a train stop that linked their town to Prosperity, where Mid-Carolina’s from. The trophy has been up for grabs since 2012 and will be in possession of the Eagles until this time next fall.
