Lexington Man Charged with Disturbing School
Lexington Co., S.C. (WOLO)– Lexington County deputies say a father is in custody after he tried to pick his daughter up from school early.
Investigators say Timothy Browning became disruptive when tried to take his daughter home minutes before the school day ended Tuesday at Saxe Gotha Elementary School and administrators declined.
Deputies say he then went to the Lexington District One’s headquarters to question the early dismissal process and was detained by police.
Browning is charged with Disturbing School.
