Entire Stretch of West Columbia Riverwalk Now Open
WEST COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – The West Columbia Riverwalk from Moffatt Street to the south end has reopened, city officials announced Wednesday.
After the historic flooding in October 2015, portions of the riverwalk were closed after sustaining damage.
Visitors and residents are now invited to use the entire West Columbia stretch of the popular path.
The City of West Columbia is situated along eight miles of the lower Saluda and Congaree Rivers.
