Cops & Lobsters: Do the rock lobster and you could find yourself being served by a police man.
Okay, not really, but the Richland County Sheriff’s Department is hosting Cops and Lobsters.
from now until Friday, if you go to the Red Lobster on Two Notch Road for lunch or dinner, where Deputies will serve as waiters and waitresses.
All tips will directly benefit Special Olympics South Carolina
Cops on the Coop: If seafood isn’t your thing, enjoy some tasty chicken while helping some of the Midlands bravest athletes. Today through Friday, the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department will participate in Cops on the Coop.
Deputies will be at the Chick Fil A on Augusta Road until six in the evening collecting donations for the Special Olympics of South Carolina.

Take the walk, and you could help save lives from a silent killer, heart disease.
This is happening at six-30 this evening at 5125 Fairfield Road.
The walk is part of a campaign developed by the City and the National forum for heart disease and stroke prevention.
