COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO) — In front of a great crowd at Harry Parone Stadium Thursday night, Gamecock linebacker target Chamning Tindall and the Spring Valley Vikings overcame a 21-3 first quarter deficit to beat the undefeated Sumter Gamecocks, 51-34.
The first half was all about Vikings wide receiver Malik Wesley. The Las Vegas transfer had 206 yards and 3 TD’s just in the first half, including a longboard reception that game the Vikings a 22-21 lead, their first of the game.
Spring Valley remains undefeated at 4-0, while Sumter drops to 3-1.
