Second Arrest Made in Downtown Vandalism Case

Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)–Columbia Police say a second suspect is facing charges in connection in a string of vandalism incidents throughout the downtown area including ABC Columbia.

Investigators say Titus Bolen is charged with five counts of Vandalism and Assault-Third.

According to police on August 22nd Bolen and Tyler Lloyd threw rocks and cars at locations on Gervais, Harden, Blossom, and Main Streets causing an estimated $40,000 in damage.

Bolen is also accused of throwing a bottle at a woman who was walking down Blossom St.

Police say she was not seriously injured.
