CLEMSON, S.C. (WOLO) – All around Clemson’s football facility hangs banners and signs displaying the Tigers’ motto: “The best is standard”.
Dabo Swinney’s team is practicing what they preach entering their week four ACC home opener against Boston College, fresh off their 47-21 win in their conference debut over Louisville.
Despite beating their second-straight top 15 team, slowing the attack of defending Heisman Trophy winner Lamar Jackson, Swinney’s saying the No. 2 Tigers played their worst defensive game of the year in Kentucky. Their mentality before hosting Boston College is to right their wrongs and continue pushing themselves to the top of the Atlantic division.
