COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO) – Fewer South Carolinians are having run-ins with deer on state roads.

State Farm reports one in 95 drivers in the Palmetto State had a deer-related accident last year.

That is down from one in 93 the previous year.

West Virginia topped the list.
