Fire Risk Forces Major BMW Recall

BMW is recalling more than one million cars because of a fire risk.

Two recalls filed with the National Highway Transportation and Safety Administration affect versions of the 3-series, 5-series, X5, X3 and Z3.

BMW says three injuries were reported in connection with the recalled cars.

Dealers will replace necessary parts starting December 18.
