Scana Sued

Columbia, SC (WOLO) — A Midlands County is suing one of the utility companies that abandoned construction at the VC Summer Nuclear Facility.

The Post and Courier reports Fairfield County Council voted to sue Scana Corporation over the cancellation of two nuclear reactors at the Jenkinsville Facility.

A spokesperson for SCANA says the company will not discuss pending litigation.
