One Shot, Killed in Parklane Rd. Shooting

Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)– Richland County Deputies say a man is facing charges but is not charged with murder after a man was shot and killed at a Midlands McDonalds Friday Morning.
Deputies say Thursday night Sultan Battle met a woman at the Quality Inn on Two Notch Rd.
Investigators say Battle Stole the woman’s money and cell phone.
Deputies say Friday morning a friend of the woman, James Copeland, tracked Battle down at McDonalds on Parklane Rd.
According to Investigators, Copeland pulled a gun on Battle but Battle fired first killing Copeland.
