Dragon Wings: There are few better ways to celebrate appreciate a dragon day than with dragon wings. Wild Wing Cafe in the Vista is hosting the Red Dragon eating contests tonight starting at 5 in the evening. There is still time to sign up if you think you have what it takes and would like to take part.
Sewing Lessons: If your sewing skills could use a little work, you’re in luck.
Today you have the chance to head to Tapp’s Art Center for a beginner’s sewing class.
The four hour workshop was created to teach you all of the skills you need to put together a finished product. Materials will be provided and the cost for the class is 40 dollars.
Henna Tattoos: If your parents ever told you they’d be mad if you were to get a tattoo, you might be able to get by with getting one at the library.
Tuesday afternoon, you are welcome to come on out to the South Congaree Pine Ridge Library where middle school student are invited to enjoy a chance to explore the art of henna tattoos and even create some of your own designs. Parents there is no need to worry, the ink is not permanent and will fade in just a few weeks.
