CHARLOTTE, NC (WOLO) – A smell grounded a flight leaving Charlotte, North Carolina Wednesday (1/31).

The American Airlines flight headed for the Dominican Republic, was forced to turn around after an unidentified odor in the cabin.

No passengers were injured, but the airline says one flight attendant was taken in for observation.
