Elloree man identified as victim of fatal car crash

ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) – A 47-year-old man has been identified as the victim of a fatal single car accident on Sunday.
Orangeburg County Coroner Samuetta Marshall said Harry Brigman died on the scene as a result of massive blunt force injuries.
The incident occurred on Wolfe Street and remains under investigation.
