New pet policy has North Dakota tenants barking mad

FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – An apartment complex in Fargo, N.D. is instituting a new policy that has some residents barking mad.

Meridian Property Management told Valley News Live that it will now require tenants to submit a DNA swab for each dog. They want to be able to track down owners who don’t pick up their dog’s waste.
