Columbia, S.C. — The No. 18 Clemson Tigers are looking to make history tonight as they face off in their second to last game of the season against the visiting Florida State Seminoles.

A win for the Tigers (21-7, 10-6) tonight would make it their first 11 ACC win season in school history. While ACC teams are playing more conference games than in years past, (18 this year compared to 16 before the 2012-13 season, and only 14 prior to 1991-92) head coach Brad Brownell stated that an 11-win season in the ACC would be, “significant.”

“We haven’t had 18 games forever, but this league is very demanding,” Brownell said.

The Tigers are coming off a win over Georgia Tech on Saturday, with senior guard Gabe DeVoe leading the team to overcome an 11-point second half deficit.

Florida State is coming off of a loss to UNC in which they went 0-15 from behind the arc. The Seminoles are 4-6 when traveling, but boast impressive road wins at Virginia Tech and Louisville.

The two teams last met on February 14, where Florida State defeated Clemson in Tallahassee 81-79.

The game will air on ESPNU at 9PM ET.
