A new storm headed to Northeast and Midwest

Columbia, SC (WOLO) —  A new storm is targeting the Midwest and Northeast heading right for the areas already hit hard over the weekend. At least nine people have been killed so far and hundreds of thousands are still without power. ABC’s Maggie Rulli has more on what people are bracing for.
